Beyond the Game: My Journey & Methodology

Soccer isn't just the world's most popular sport because of the numbers — though 4 billion fans certainly prove its reach. Numbers don't capture how the game actually lives within us. For Brazilians, it goes much deeper than statistics. It's heritage. I learned to cheer for my team from my father, shared unforgettable moments with him in the stands, and today I see that same spark in my son. It's a passion passed down from generation to generation.

If you've stopped to read this, you're likely one of those parents spending weekends on the sidelines, balancing a packed schedule of matches and practices. And somewhere between the car rides and the halftime oranges, you've probably heard the classic debate: "Who's better, Messi or Ronaldo?"

They sit at the top of the pyramid — the highest-paid, the most famous, and the ultimate dream for any kid lacing up cleats for the first time. But what we don't always talk about is the immense amount of purposeful, scientific work that got them there — and keeps them there.

My Promise: Real Growth, No Shortcuts

I won't promise to turn every child into the next Messi or Ronaldo. Anyone who makes that promise isn't being honest with you.

What I will promise is this: every athlete who trains with me will be exposed to the same professional fundamentals and training science used by the world's best clubs — applied with precision, patience, and respect for each player's individual development pace.

My coaching is focused but engaging. In my sessions, we don't just throw the ball out and let them run. We build from the ground up, because there is no performance without fundamentals. There's no point discussing complex tactics if a player hasn't mastered the basic pass. No point chasing speed if the movement mechanics aren't right. We earn the right to advance — and when we do, the progress is real and measurable.

And the Messi vs. Ronaldo debate? I'll stay out of that one. But I'll tell you this — in my completely unbiased opinion, the best player in the world is Rômulo Zwarg. And I have a feeling that if you ask any parent on those sidelines on a Saturday morning, they'd say the same about their own kid.
